Job Description
The role of a Marketing Coordinator involves supporting multiple brands within the group and offers genuine variety across campaign development, digital channel management, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Duties include:
* Plan, create, and optimise digital content - including social media strategies, paid campaigns, SEO-focused copywriting, EDMs (Mailchimp), and website updates (WordPress, Google My Business).
* Manage community engagement and brand reputation - respond to online feedback, monitor sentiment, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
* Produce and edit creative assets - photo, video, and basic graphic design to support campaigns and communications.
* Analyse and report on performance - use data insights to inform and refine marketing activities.
* Collaborate across teams and with external partners - work with colleagues, agencies, media, and suppliers to deliver campaigns.
* Support marketing planning and development - contribute ideas, manage creative briefs, and coach others in content creation.
