We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Admin team at our Joondalup Depot.
About the Role
You will also be expected to assist in all general administration and office duties. Responsibilities will include:
* All reception duties
* Reconciliation of revenue
* Assisting with accounts
* Assisting with payroll
Detailed data entry is involved so basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday. Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant.

Previous experience in a reception role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage.
