Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.About the role:Work alongside Advisers and assist with the preparation of all documents to be presented to clients.
These include risk researcher and adviser portals quotes, preparation and collection of personal statements and applications, preparing Statement of Advice and all supporting compliance documents.Manage all underwriting requirements, liaising with clients to collect additional information, booking medical appointments, and working alongside underwriters and Advisers to issue new insurance policies.Assist Advisers with managing their existing insurance book.Manage own tasks and workflow to ensure documents are prepared in a timely manner.Answer client queries regarding their insurance policies.Maintain accurate and compliant records across Xplan, SharePoint and other internal reports.About youWe're looking for someone with:Minimum 2 years' experience in a risk, holistic paraplanning or similar role.Preferred Xplan user including knowledge of risk researcher, tasks and SOA wizard.Preferred knowledge of personal risk Insurance – Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection and Business Expense.
