Key Responsibilities
* Identify and open new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute a national business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers across various industries to increase market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to tailor solutions to client needs.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
Skills & Experience
* Business development or sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally within storage, logistics, or automated solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
* Commercial acumen with experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to leverage your existing network to create opportunities.
