Job Summary
We are seeking an RF and Network Analysis Engineer to support our team in advising us on legal and policy advocacy to ensure regulations enable and protect the provision of our groundbreaking service.
Responsibilities
* Support technical analyses pertaining to radio frequency interference and satellite spectrum coordination.
* Model operational topology and hardware for satellites and constellations.
* Simulate various scenarios considering regulatory constraints, geographic constraints, RF link budgets, constellation growth, customer growth, and coordination strategies.
* Analyze network and user experience impacts and make recommendations on satellite policy and coordination strategy.
* Provide strategic regulatory recommendations and advocacy support to business development efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
Experience in MATLAB, Python, C++, or other tools for modeling and analyzing RF systems.
At least 1 year of research, design, development, or regulatory experience in the RF and/or antenna domain (internship, thesis, or extracurricular work is applicable).
