We're excited to welcome a Manager Clinical Trials to our Research Governance and Development Unit!
In recent years, Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service has made significant investments in research infrastructure, establishing strong collaborations with academic and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide expert strategic leadership, operational program management and authoritative advice for management of clinical trials at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
* Refine and sustain programmatic monitoring, reporting, analysis and actionable recommendations to enable contemporary operational performance reporting on key performance indicators for clinical research conducted within the Clinical Research Unit and at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service more broadly.
* Lead the safe and quality conduct of clinical trials within the Clinical Research Unit at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, ensuring programmatic compliance with quality/regulatory requirements.
Remuneration value up to $187 651 p.a., comprising salary between $155 432 - $164 467 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (PO6) (Fixed term temporary full-time position available for up to 36 months).
