We are currently looking for a Lead Developer to support our growing Business Systems function within the IT department, this is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to up skill and develop through the company, you will find more details below.

Responsibilities
* Own architectural direction and dev standards across back and front-end.
* Plan, lead, and deliver in-house builds, sprints and stakeholder collaboration.
* Mentor and develop junior/mid devs—setting code quality, review and delivery practices.
* Translate business requirements into clean, scalable systems.
* Champion maintainable, secure, high-performance development.
What you need
* 5+ years with PHP/Laravel and full-stack experience.
* Previous leadership in dev teams—architecting, mentoring, sprint planning.
* Strong front-end knowledge— or similar.
* Proficient in Git, Docker, SQL and API integration.
