About the Role
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in a long-term position. This is not a short seasonal contract — we are looking for someone committed to building a stable and rewarding career with us in Kakadu.
As the face of the hotel, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
* Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
* Providing local knowledge and recommendations
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
* Supporting other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (hotel front desk experience preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* Previous experience with Opera Cloud advantageous but not essential
* Reliable, team-oriented, and seeking long-term employment (at least one year)
* Valid Australian work rights
