The exciting opportunity
* Oversee clinical operations across AOD services at the rehab centre, ensuring ATCA Essential Elements and AOD Human Services Standards compliance.
* Lead clinical team (AOD Counsellors, Senior Practitioners, Practitioners, Support Workers)—provide direction, supervision, professional development.
* Develop/implement clinical policies, procedures; manage assessments, treatment planning, case management, documentation/reporting.
* Foster therapeutic community environment: recovery-focused, mutual support, personal/community participation.
* Support dual accreditation for centre and community AOD; monitor outcomes, incidents, quality reviews.
* Guide 10-20 staff cohort; flexible hours with evenings/weekends possible; Pilbara vehicle (returned on leave).

About you
* Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, related (essential), Postgraduate AOD desirable
* AHPRA/registration.
* Proven clinical management in AOD, therapeutic communities; lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
* Expertise in evidence-based practices, ATCA/AOD Standards, supervision, policy development, audits.
* Cultural competence, comms excellence; organisational skills for remote/high-stakes settings.
* Police Clearance, WWCC, driver's licence; flexible for evenings/weekends/on-call.
* Highly selective: exact match to leadership, clinical, compliance experience required.
