Your Role:
The position reports to a team leader and is located in Brisbane. You will be part of a large and diverse work team.
Responsibilities include:
Provide accurate data entry, data collection and analysis
Access and operate administrative and technical databases, process information and prepare associated reports
Administer the flow of correspondence, including to external stakeholders
Issue accurate and timely invoices for the various programs offered
Maintain financial records management systems, including reconciling invoices
About You:
To be successful in this role, you would need:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Flexibility to work across a number of priorities
Experience using Microsoft 365 (Office), including Excel
Great time management skills.
