About the role As an integral member of our team, you will contribute and provide leadership to the development and delivery of Nursing programs and courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. You will also be expected to contribute to the Institutes research program and administrative functions. You will: make significant contribution to develop, teach, coordinate and moderate courses; provide leadership for the development, implementation and monitoring of student retention and success strategies; play a leadership role in the teaching, research and administrative functions of the Institute; and make an outstanding contribution to research activity within the Institute. About you You will have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills and an ability to relate well to a diverse range of students. You will have enthusiasm for teaching and learning that is accompanied by distinguished teaching record and research experience. You will also possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team as well as capability to supervise honours and research postgraduate students.
