Position Summary:
As the Customer Care Manager at SANAMethod, you will play a crucial role in our team, acting as the face of the business and the keystone of our customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities include bringing in new business via membership sales as well as supporting our existing members on their weight loss journey via Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.
This role requires a 'people person' who can remember names and faces, bring a positive attitude into work each day and is passionate about tailoring the experience for our members.
About SANAMethod:SANAMethod is a new category in health, blending General Practice, Evidence-based Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching and structured fitness support to create a program that delivers real, lasting health outcomes, not quick fixes.

About the role:
As Customer Care Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the studio, being the face and glue of the business and working closely with one of the Business Owners (a General Practitioner).
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the recognisable face and the 'glue' of the business and will:
* Bring in new clients to the business via new member Sales and onboard them into the SANAMethod program.
* Provide regular Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching to members.
* Field member enquiries as well as general enquiries about SANAMethod from prospective clients.
* Work with our fitness and medical team to deliver an exceptional, premium experience for our members and clients.
* Monitor member engagement with the program, follow our processes to determine when a member is no longer engaged and work with them to get them 'back on track'.
* Develop and grow the business, supported by our world-class team at SANAMethod HQ.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a Nutrition or Fitness role, with a solid understanding of Nutrition principles and the conditions needed to improve health outcomes and lose weight.
* Excellent presentation, punctuality and reliability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and a positive and encouraging attitude - we support our clients but we don't coddle them.
* Sales experience is desired but not required - what is required is the willingness to make sales, complete our sales training and continually develop your sales skills.
Working Environment:
This role is in our Maroochydore location, working in a combined Office and Gym setting.
