Job Description
The Lead Educator is responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children. They will develop and implement contemporary early childhood programs that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.
The successful candidate will oversee health and safety, quality programming, and documentation in line with QA1 standards. They will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations such as medical management, provision of food and water requirements, and supervision of children.
The Lead Educator will manage the performance of educators, ensuring they are provided with professional guidance, supervision, and performance development planning.
Requirements
* ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or Bachelor degree)
* First Aid training in Education and Care Services
* Anaphylaxis management training
* Emergency asthma management training
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
