Seeking an experienced leader to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth as President. Lead the Board, support the delivery of a new strategic plan, and help shape the long-term direction of netball in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the Board and oversee governance
* Drive implementation of the new strategic plan
* Support sustainable growth and participation across all levels
* Strengthen community connections and partnerships
* Oversee challenges and opportunities as the association expands
* Represent the Association with professionalism across all stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
* Proven experience in leadership, strategic planning or business management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A community-focused mindset with the ability to lead volunteers
* The ability to think strategically and guide long-term growth
* Experience in sport administration is desirable but not essential
Term & Remuneration
An initial 2-year term is available, with an optional additional 2-year extension. An honorarium is provided as remuneration.
