Role Overview
We are looking for multiple full-time, permanent roles onsite in Lomond commencing 9th June 2026. The role involves providing outstanding customer service to Westpac customers in a fast‐paced inbound contact centre, efficiently resolving inquiries, promoting relevant products and services, and contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Virtual Personal Banking Advisor you will be the friendly voice guiding customers through their banking journey, handling a variety of customer inquiries from simple account balances to complex product‐related issues, building rapport, and resolving concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
* At least 12 months of customer service experience (any industry)
* Thrives in a corporate and professional working environment
* Ability to thrive in a high‐paced, KPI‐driven environment
* Genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services
* Availability to work on a 40‐hour rotating roster, covering shifts between Monday and Friday 8 am–8 pm AEST
* Willingness to commute and work onsite at our Melbourne office
* Availability to work rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM AEST (weekend shifts bankers work from home)
