Therapeutic Support Worker (Residential Care) Ipswich & Logan Regions | Flexible Shifts / Permanent available This is meaningful work and it requires the right people. At Praxis Solutions, we provide therapeutic, relationship-based care to children and young people with complex trauma, disabilities, and high support needs. We provide a range of residential programs – from trauma-focused environments through to homes supporting young people with significant disability and daily care needs and sibling groups. Who we’re looking for We are looking for people who are genuinely motivated to work in therapeutic residential care and make a difference in the lives of young people. What you will need to be successful in the role: ✔ Experience in youth work, residential care, or child protection ✔ Experience in disability support, including high support needs or personal care ✔ OR a strong interest in this work and willingness to learn Why work with Praxis At Praxis, we prioritise practice quality, staff support, and strong leadership.
