About The Role
As an Aged Care Worker, you’ll support our residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life. Your personalized care and empathetic companionship will make a positive impact. This is a highly rewarding role!
We are looking for an experienced care worker with at least 1 year of relevant experience to work at the IRT Aged Care Centre in Dalmeny, on the South Coast, NSW.
This is a minimum 20 hours per week permanent part-time role with a range of shifts available across mornings, afternoons, and nights, any 7 days a week. We will work with you to match opportunities that suit your lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities
Assisting residents with daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Helping with medication and simple wound dressings
Supporting participation in lifestyle and social activities
Requirements for Success
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
A big heart — empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting older Australians
Experience in aged or community care, or a desire to start your career in aged care
