Box Office and Ticketing Officer

Permanent Part Time (0.6 EFT 24 hours per week) | $38.57 per hour + super
The Wangaratta Performing Arts and Convention Centre (WPACC) is seeking a highly organised and customer focused Box Office and Ticketing Officer to join our team.
This role is central to the delivery of ticketed performances, conferences and events, with primary responsibility for ticketing systems, on sale activities and performance hire ticketing administration. You will ensure a seamless, accurate and professional ticketing experience for patrons, hirers and stakeholders.
About the role
* Working closely with the Marketing and Engagement Officer, Venue Manager and front of house teams, you will:
* Manage ticketing systems and show builds
* Coordinate on sale activities and seating configurations
* Support performance hirers with ticketing, reporting and reconciliations
* Maintain ticketing information across the website and platforms
* Provide hands on box office service and escalation support when required
About you
You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and confidence working with ticketing software in a fast paced environment. Experience in performing arts, events or venue operations will be highly regarded.
