We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our recruitment strategy and attract the highest caliber of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to various roles and departments
* Source and attract candidates using innovative methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and referrals
* Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and fit, and provide feedback to hiring managers
* Collaborate with HR teams to improve and streamline the recruitment process
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
* Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize recruitment processes
* Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and interviewing techniques
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role
* Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring across various industries
* Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
