As a result of Georgiou's significant growth and after securing two major Western Australian Infrastructure projects, we are seeking to strengthen the commercial function of our Infrastructure team through the appointment of an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator on this life of project role (2.5 years). The successful candidate will have extensive construction experience and will be responsible for providing leadership, management and guidance to the project contracts team to exceed client expectations and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all cost and contractual matters ensuring project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements are administered.
Initiate, review, analyse plan and administer the closing of contracts.
Work with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved.
Maintain good relationships with clients and subcontractors while negotiating and managing contracts.
Influence and lead team members to produce high-quality project outcomes.
Ensure products comply with contract specifications and report non-conformances.
Ensure project compliance with Georgiou HSEQ systems, policies, standards and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of complex contracts, ideally on projects over $30m.
Experience with top-tier contractors or exposure to challenging contractual issues.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Ability to develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Desire to grow and develop professionally.
