Reporting to the Leadership Capability Lead, this role coordinates learning programs and development activities, following the project procedures and work instructions to support learning strategy and operational goals.This role will be based out of our Osborne, Edinburgh Parks or Flinders St offices in SA.
We embrace flexible work arrangements such as a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.Key responsibilities include:Contribute to the ongoing design and continuous improvement of learning programs through analysis of learning evaluations, research into contemporary practices, and conducting training needs analysis.Develop program training material and ensure outputs meet all requirements, including safety and regulatory requirements.Support the delivery of programs by supporting facilitator pool continuous professional development and product knowledge; where appropriate, conduct and deliver program content.Coordinate the delivery of learning programs, including logistics, communication with participants and other assigned activities in accordance with identified objectives and standards.Develop training related documentation in accordance with appropriate standards.Report on the implementation, success, evaluation and completion of learning programs.Provide regular status information to the relevant supervisors as required.About YOUYou are someone who brings strong initiative, high learning agility, and a proactive approach to your work.

Familiarity with learning design principles (e.g., ADDIE) or a willingness and capability to learn quickly.Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable, not essential).
