**The Opportunity**
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Designer/Draftsperson to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in preparing accurate and timely drawings that support both our sales team and construction process, ensuring compliance with building standards and delivering top-quality outcomes for our clients.
**What You'll Do**
- Create sales sketches and contract drawings to a high standard
- Provide cost-effective, innovative design and elevation options
- Support Site Managers with construction issues and sales team with technical queries
- Manage building and septic permit submissions
- Ensure designs meet regulatory, solar passive, and company requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal teams across the ABN Group
- Align your work with our company vision and strategy
**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting/Design
- Experience in a Drafting/Design or similar role
- Robust knowledge of construction methods and solar passive design principles
- Proficient in ArchiCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Passion for the building industry and attention to detail
