**Area Lead - Regional Victoria and Tasmania - Maternity Leave Cover Position**
**Salary - $100,000 to $130,000 including super and annual leave loading**

**About The Role**
We are looking for an Area Lead who is a values-driven leader to make an impact across a thriving region, supporting our teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy services under the social model of disability. As a Area Lead at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
- Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance
- Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision-making
- Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region
- Champion a strong culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence
- Facilitated Area meetings and contributed to national leadership forums
- Supported Team Leaders with performance conversations and action planning
- Worked with the Engagement Team on local marketing initiatives
- Engaged in your own career development and mentoring others
- Laughed with your colleagues and celebrating team wins
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Area Lead who:
- Has experience leading teams in the allied health or disability sector
- Is confident using data to inform decision-making and drive outcomes
- Has experience working within a billable environment
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills
You'll also need:
- To be willing to travel to various locations across Regional Victoria and Tasmania
- Demonstrated experience in leading high performing team
- A positive and adaptable approach to work
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- A valid Australian Drivers licence
- Current, state/territory specific Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
