About the Role
You will build innovative customer support solutions, defining what an AI-first SaaS product looks like. Our AI challenges are at the forefront of research.
We're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in a top engineering organization, ideally with startup/scaleup exposure.
* Comfort across the stack, leading ambitious projects with strong technical, product, and design instincts.
* Keen to mentor and lead less experienced engineers.
