Your new role
You will be joining them on a luxury waterfront development, consisting of 8 levels and 20 apartments in a desirable location. This is a very high-spec project with architectural curves and amazing views, based centrally on the Sunshine Coast.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the contracts for the project, from trade lettings to cost forecasting and everything in-between such as variations and progress claims. You will commence assisting with trade lettings for another project, working closely with another experienced contract administrator to get accustomed to their systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally on medium-rise unit developments, worth $10M or more in build cost. If you're a CA ready to step up to a senior role, and have worked on other commercial projects, then please also apply.
A tertiary qualification or trade qualification will both be well regarded, while strong communication skills are essential. Only candidates based in Australia will be considered and preferably currently based (or soon to be) on the Sunshine Coast.
What you'll get in return
Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a range between $140k to $170k total package is a good indicator. You will also be joining an established team with a successful track record for delivering a similar project just recently.
