Reporting To Finance & Administration Manager
Position Purpose:
* To provide Reception and Administrative Support in the Front Office of a busy, not for Profit, community-based organisation.
* To maintain a high standard of customer service.

Essential Criteria
Qualification Requirement
• Minimum Certificate II Business Administration (or equivalent relevant industry experience).
• Must complete and pass an NSW Working with Children’s Check.
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 years recent, relevant experience in a Reception or Administration role.
Skill Requirements
• Demonstrated excellent computer literacy including the ability to learn new software applications and troubleshoot minor software & hardware issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven commitment to high level customer service and accurate record keeping.
Additional Expectations:
• To work flexible hours as required to accommodate personal leave and annual leave of other team members.
• To display informed affinity with the ideas, aspirations and ethics of The New School of Arts Neighbourhood House Inc. and to identify with its purpose.
• To attend appropriate development and training courses.
Desirable Criteria
• Previous experience within the community services, children’s services or not-for-profit sector.
