We specialise in:

Now, we’re looking for the right person to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

We’re hiring an Office Administrator (minimum 20 hours per week)
Flexible hours to be agreed with the Director.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the business organised, efficient, and professional.

Your Responsibilities
* Scheduling jobs for the Director and team

* Managing accounts payable & receivable

* Raising and processing invoices

* Providing excellent customer service (phone & email)

* Communicating job progress and ordering requirements

* Assisting with payroll, GST & general admin tasks

* Supporting marketing efforts (mail-outs, social media etc.)

* Keeping systems organised and up to date

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2–3 years admin experience (trade industry preferred)

* Experience with Xero (or MYOB/other accounting software)

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* High attention to detail and ability to stay organised

* Self-motivated and proactive

* A team player with a positive attitude

* Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys what they do
