Job Title
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the delivery of managed security services to a portfolio of customers.
This involves working closely with SOC Analysts and Cyber Defence Analysts to ensure service expectations are met, risks are addressed, and communication with customers remains clear and consistent.
Daily Responsibilities
* Manage customer escalations and facilitate service review meetings.
* Track ticket progress and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and follow up on agreed actions.
* Maintain a steady rhythm of updates, accountability, and customer contact.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Service Delivery Manager or Account Management role.
* Broad knowledge of the Microsoft security domain.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain visibility across multiple accounts.
