The company is looking for a leader who can drive digital transformation in the engineering sector.
This includes growing demand for digital engineering services, implementing digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities, and developing BIM and digital engineering practices.
* Growing demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients
* Implementing digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities
* Developing BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners
* Communicating the value proposition to the organisation and embedding changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted across the project lifecycle
* Monitoring technological innovations in industry to ensure the company remains contemporary in its delivery practices
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650. A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence is essential.
This experience will preferably be in Project Management, Design Management, Asset Management, Digital design processes, Geospatial, or Surveying.
