We have been operating in Australia for 7 years with 15 global business units covering 51 markets worldwide. Scania Finance is a global organisation with its own treasury funds.
What you will do
This is a part‑time position working three days per week. You will support the Credit Risk Manager in developing, defining, implementing and maintaining the credit risk framework that supports Scania Finance Australia.
This includes credit application underwriting, process improvement, portfolio management, asset management, contribution to debt recovery activities, legal liaison and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Credit assessment and analysis
* Development of proposals for credit approval
* Approving credit applications under their own credit mandate
* Supporting the proactive steering on credit risk related projects
* Monitoring, analysing and reporting statistical portfolio performance
* Assisting with Anti‑money Laundering processes and compliance
Who you are
* Strong credit underwriting experience gained within the financial services or banking industry
* Experience in commercial loans and asset management
* Your ability to analyse and interpret financial and commercial information
* Demonstrated portfolio management in previous roles will make you a standout candidate
* You will have tertiary qualification in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (or working towards completion)
