You will be focused and have strong communication skills. You should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a strategy.Full Time or Part Time will be considered for the right candidate.No recruitment companies pleaseMust be based in New South Wales, Australia.What you will be doing:Manage & represent brand building & enquiry growth for multiple partner brands to travel agents in your territory.Develop and execute training and support to retail travel agency consultants on product selling features of our partnersCall on and provide support to agents regularly - this will be via a mix of phone calls, face to face, on-line (webinars), cluster/group meetings & small events. This could be focused on particular brands partners and/or specific agency networks as per the business requirements.Develop and implement targeted activity plans to achieve and increase sales and passenger number growth for our partnersDeliver presentations to agencies or their clients to drive business and promote the brands represented by ETCInput data into our CRM to showcase agents you have spoken to each month and outcomes of those meetings.Provide additional product feedback, competitor analysis, general market trends and conditions each month.Participate in promotional events such as travel shows, film nights, product launches and other various activitiesRepresent ETC at state, national and global industry conferences as requiredResponsible for ensuring sales budgets and expenditure are accounted for and in line with company expectationsSkills Required:You are well known by the agency network for your professionalism and have a proven history of identifying and securing profitable sales outcomesYou understand the core element of the role will see you predominantly talking to retail agents both remotely and in person. As such, you are confident in your ability to manage your time effectively and professionally whilst out on the road, behind a computer screen, on the phone or attending industry eventsYou are self-motivated and focused in achieving daily, monthly and yearly required outcomes for the ETC partners and clients.Ability to adapt easily and readily to the requirements of our brand partners on a day to day basis dependent on the focus for our partner or the requirements of an individual agency.Basic knowledge of excel and considered admin savvy as you’ll be managing your business development plans based on the reporting provided by our partners.You enjoy digging into the data to ensure a focused approach to business development.You will have an outgoing, professional and confident personality as you’ll be running training seminars, webinars as well as attending events and conferencesYou demonstrate exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.You are a team player and will be an engaged, enthusiastic and positive part of the ETC teamYou enjoy a day where change and new things is the norm.You can view more details on our website or simply email your cover letter detailing why you want to work with ETC and in this particular role & resume to info@evolutiontc.com.au.
