Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Manager responsible for leading a small team of customer service staff, ensuring exceptional customer support, and driving team performance to meet company standards and expectations.
Reporting to a member of the senior management team, this person will maintain customer relationships with a large contingent of customers representing household brands in Australia.
**You will be required to conduct**:
- Regular customer service visits
- Operational investigation
- Troubleshooting issues and inquiries
- Operational support to the customer service team

- Excellent communication skills evidenced by written and oral communication that is relevant professional and responsive.
- Team management and people skills to motivate, support, train and mentor a small team of customer service operatives.
- Positive endorsement capability to handle complaints and concerns and provide a positive outcome engendering continual engagement and custom.
- Be a self-starter to work in a fast-paced environment and support the account management processes of the business.
- Ability to engage in the business development and sales area of the business when servicing customers to help grow and develop the business.

**We seek someone who has**:
- a minimum 10 year's proven and demonstratable people management, leadership and team development experience
- demonstrated leadership in customer service roles in an industrial setting for at least 5 years.
- well-developed analytical, reporting, cost management and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy using CRM or similar customer management software
- Well-developed communication, prioritization and time management skills.
