- Participate in emergency callout work as needed (on a rostered basis)
- Be flexible and adaptable to different types of technical and field tasks
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to project team success

- Comfortable working at heights (including tower climbing up to 10m)
- Confined space entry and working-at-heights experience (training provided if needed)
- Physically fit and capable of rope rescue operations and extended field hours
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
- High level of personal accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable

The Offer
- $110K–$120K + superannuation to start

- Monday to Friday role with no weekend work required
- Opportunity to build a stable, long-term career in a unique and growing field
What You’ll Need to Succeed
This role suits someone with practical field experience, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to travel regularly for work. It’s not entry-level — you’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership of your role and working safely in challenging conditions.
How to Apply
Please submit your CV and, if available, examples of previous work (e.g. splicing, cable installations, test results or photos). Candidates will complete a short technical questionnaire as part of the interview process.
