The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Act as the key interface between client, Account Manager and Operations to ensure SLA's are achieved/met
- Be the client champion within the companies logistics operations and ensure realistic capacities are set and communicated
- Resolve customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Manage customer expectations to ensure targets are obtainable and minimize and resolve conflict
- Seek opportunities for process improvement from operations and work with Account Manager to prepare business case to support their introduction
- Oversee successful execution of ad hoc activity such as production requests
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an office customer service role
- Previous experience in a 3PL warehouse desirable
- Understand the supply chain process and how a product moves through from warehouse to customers or to store
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as an individual and in a team
