Salary: $118,297 to $125,543 per annum (pro rata)

The Role
Provide advanced clinical leadership and care coordination for women and their families with complex needs across the maternity continuum, delivering expert advice and supporting safe, high‐quality, woman‐centred care.
Lead and embed evidence‐based practice, quality improvement, and safety, including research, change management, and effective management of adverse events, ensuring compliance with professional, legislative and industrial standards.
Build strong multidisciplinary and statewide partnerships, delivering education and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve service access, capability and outcomes for women, newborns and maternity services.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced clinical leadership and care coordination for complex maternity cases.
* Lead evidence‐based practice, quality improvement, safety, research, and change management.
* Manage adverse events and ensure compliance with standards.
* Build and maintain multidisciplinary and statewide partnerships.
* Deliver education and foster collaborative relationships.
Qualifications
* Registered Midwife, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Current Working with Children Registration.
* Experience in maternity clinical nursing and advanced care coordination.
* Knowledge of evidence‐based practice, quality improvement, and safety.
* Strong communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
