The Company We're partnering with a well-established supplier of branded food products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing and retail, including: Unilever, General Mills, Bidfood, PFD, Woolworths, Coles, Costco and Aldi. They are now seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join a tight-knit, high-performing team. You'll work alongside a Business Development Representative and report to the Sales & Marketing Manager - playing a vital role in managing B2B client relationships, order processing, and service delivery. Role Responsibilities Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability and delivery timelines Processing customer orders received via phone, email and EDI systems with a high level of accuracy Manage end-to-end order processing, including EDI monitoring, order confirmations, ETAs, inventory allocation and warehouse coordination Resolve order, delivery and shipment issues, including escalations, with full ownership and a solutions-focused approach Proactively communicate with customers to clarify requirements, manage changes or delays, and build strong stakeholder relationships Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support critical incidents or outages when required Your Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B customer service role, ideally within FMCG or the food industry Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset Experience managing order processing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management Confident handling high-volume enquiries via phone and email Commercially savvy and capable of supporting business development initiatives Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
