Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

This role is working for a subsidiary company of Bright & Duggan Group. Cambridge Management Services (CMS) is a leading professional facilities, strata, and property management service provider across eastern Australia. With a focus on exceptional service, CMS delivers tailored services, from managing daily operations to maintaining facilities and ensuring compliance. We prioritise transparency, efficiency, and long-term value for clients, positioning ourselves as a leader in the facilities, strata and building management industry.

About the role:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
* Provide advice and service to clients based on accurate analysis of a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.
* Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
* Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
* Prepare and present reports to committees.
* Organise and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
* Working as part of the strata services team.

About You:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management.
* Hold relevant Strata License and certifications.
* Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation (i.e. fire, WHS, QBCC).
* Experience with managing complex schemes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to lead and develop team members.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
