An exciting opportunity to be the Operations Manager of a young and fast-growing small company based in the Southern Gold Coast/Northern NSW region!
Gold Coast Cookies sells Australia's original filled and loaded cookies, and we are looking to hire an A-Player to run the operations with excellence at a high standard in every aspect.
We started with a small apartment kitchen in February 2020, and in just 6 years, our cookies are now found in over 1500+ cafes and venues nationwide throughout Australia, with distribution in each state.
We are committed to keeping up our fast-paced growth at Gold Coast Cookies whilst building a strong brand known for high-quality cookies and products within Australia and beyond.
The right person will be up for a challenge and a constantly changing environment. They must have high standards in all aspects of operations and always be present for business operations in the building.
They should be hands‐on and fast‐learning across machinery, computer systems, baking operations, and hygiene standards. Above all, they are a strong team leader: intelligent, resilient, and determined to solve whatever challenges come their way.
Experience is preferred, but we are keen to welcome a wide range of suitable candidates who love to work hard.
