DOF is seeking a Tendering Specialist to join our APAC Commercial Team in Perth.
About the Role
This role offers opportunities for personal development and growth and is integral to supporting our business acquisition activities and contributing to DOF's success in the Global Offshore Energy Sector.
The Tendering Specialist will lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Company Standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines, you will develop competitive proposals, pricing models, and support contract negotiations.

About You
* Minimum of 3 years experience in the offshore energy or related industries
* Sound understanding of the international offshore energy markets, particularly the Asia Pacific Markets
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset and customer‑focused values
* Hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Finance, Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities will include
* Review and interpret client tender documents to develop compliant and competitive proposals
* Coordinate tender strategy meetings and manage deliverables to meet deadlines
* Prepare cost estimates and commercial models in collaboration with other department stakeholders
* Ensure quality and accuracy of tender documentation and presentations
* Support negotiations and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes
