About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the store while building leadership skills and product knowledge along the way. You'll maintain high standards of service and presentation, and help shape an outstanding customer experience. It's an ideal role for someone who's enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and delivering excellent customer service
Managing daily operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising
Helping maintain a high standard of presentation and product knowledge
Working alongside director to drive marketing strategy
Supporting sales goals and customer service standards
Salary Range: 65k - 70k per annunm + super
Full time role with 40-45 hours a week
Contract terms: 4 to 5 years
