Cultural Heritage is a vital aspect of our organization's operations, and we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Cultural Heritage team.
This role involves guiding the development of strategic frameworks, plans, and compliance systems while fostering meaningful partnerships with Traditional Owner groups and statutory authorities.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in archaeology, heritage management, or equivalent, and significant demonstrated professional experience in a directly relevant position.
They will also have a high level of understanding and working knowledge of applicable legislation and heritage practice.
This role requires exceptional communication and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to provide expert advice on cultural heritage matters relating to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous heritage.
