The Role
* Maintain showroom operations in accordance with industry standards, adhering to policies and procedures including WHS protocols.
* Lead daily team meetings to disseminate essential information on pricing, packages, product updates, sales targets, and promotions.
* Strategically develop sales operations to optimize turnover, presenting the store and its products at the highest standard while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Effectively manage the sales team to achieve business objectives by facilitating ongoing product and sales training, as well as fostering a collaborative culture.
* Create and communicate showroom rosters in advance, considering employee availability and leave requirements, as well as rostering high performers during peak periods.
* Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to facilitate smooth changeovers for campaigns.
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and manage customer complaints as necessary.
* Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand requirements, including window decals and POS displays.
