**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**
A solid career in Retail Store Management
Incredibly driven, highly skilled ASMs are encouraged to apply
Experience in leading small teams
Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
Have strong communications and relationship building skills
Accustomed to high stock logistics and love it
Possess sound visual merchandising skills
