We are partnering with a national family law firm to recruit a passionate and driven
Family Lawyer (4+ PAE) for their Brisbane team,
and due to continued expansion, there is also an exciting opportunity to join their
Sydney office.

4+ years PAE in Family Law

What you'll be doing:
* Managing a caseload of family law files
* Drafting affidavits, applications, consent orders, and financial agreements
* Providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients
* Attending court appearances and mediations where appropriate
* Conducting legal research to support complex matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve optimal client outcomes
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of 4 years PAE in family law
* Strong drafting and legal writing skills
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in emotionally charged situations
* Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
* Compassionate, client-focused, and eager to learn
* A team player who is proactive, professional, and adaptable
