* We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to process all creditor invoices and ensure timely entry and coding of invoices.
* The successful candidate will allocate expenses accurately, reconcile travel expenses, and liaise with project managers for invoice allocations and approvals.

Responsibilities:
* Process all creditor invoices related to job and GL purchases (on account).
* Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions.
* Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in MYOB for project costing.
* Reconcile and process travel expenses, including flights and accommodation.
* Liaise with project managers and internal teams to verify invoice allocations and approvals.
* Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services.
* Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centres or jobs.
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced finance team.
