With the launch of our new office in Cranbourne West
, we are looking for an experienced
Commercial Solar Sales Closer
to join our growing team and take control of high-value commercial energy opportunities across Victoria.
This is not an entry-level role. This is for a proven closer who thrives on challenge, likes to step outside their comfort zone, and is pro-active in driving results.
The Role
Based out of our Cranbourne West office, you will:
* Attend qualified commercial appointments (booked by our lead generation team)
* Conduct site inspections and energy assessments
* Present tailored solar & battery proposals to business owners
* Negotiate and close commercial solar & battery contracts
* Manage deals from proposal through to signed agreement
Deal sizes typically range from $80,000 to $500,000+, so strong commercial sales capability is essential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking on challenges, is pro-active, and is motivated by high performance and big rewards.

* An experienced B2B sales professional
* Someone confident closing face-to-face with business owners

* Hungry, competitive, and driven by high earnings
* Comfortable operating in a performance-based environment
Solar experience is highly regarded. Commercial energy or capital equipment sales experience is a strong advantage.
