Your new role
- Provide High-Level Support – Assist business partners with confidential administrative, financial, and operational tasks.
- Manage Employee Records – Maintain accurate and secure documentation, databases, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate Learning Activities – Organise training requirements and maintain development matrices for teams.
- Interpret Workplace Conditions – Advise on employment terms, awards, and legislative matters.
- Monitor and Report – Compile reports and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee Document Processes – Manage approvals, filing systems, and document tracking across departments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced Administrative Support – Skilled in managing documentation, systems, and workflows with precision and confidentiality.
- Workplace Legislation Knowledge – Understanding of employment conditions, industrial awards, and compliance requirements.
- Effective Communication – Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

What you'll get in return
