An Accounts Payable Officer is needed to support the Accounts function - training and development supplied!

With their head office located centrally on the Gold Coast, the business has significantly expanded and therefore are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the busy team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Being the leaders in their field, they have a proven track record of success and a strong reputation.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an integral member of a small finance team. As an active member of the team, you will utilise your skills across a range of responsibilities in the finance department, such as:
- Accounts Payable
- General bookkeeping
- Bank / Credit Card Reconciliation
- Receive and process invoices for goods and services
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely supplier statement reconciliation
- Create payment runs for due invoices
- Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
