As a Principal Broker, you will provide exceptional service to our financial lines and professional service firm clients. This is a full-time fixed term position until 30 June 2026. We will count on you to: Manage a portfolio of Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, and associated specialist Financial Lines classes of insurance for some of Australia’s leading companies and professional and financial services firms, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is always provided to all clients. Possess and apply a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management, and insurance needs to ensure that Marsh services and programs continue to meet with their needs and expectations. Lead, plan, and implement clear effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance meets expectations. Achieve new and expanded business targets through the design and implementation of business development and cross-selling strategies. Contribute towards Marsh's profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets. Effectively collaborate with FINPRO team members, colleagues across other divisions, insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders. What you need to have: Experience in a FINPRO environment, either broking or underwriting. Relevant broking qualifications (Tier 1 Compliance) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong knowledge and application of broking principles, client reports/proposals, and renewals. What makes you stand out: Strong broking or underwriting experience across financial lines.
