Service Advisor Role

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Your goal will be to provide outstanding solutions through proactive communication, prompt delivery of results, and a focus on meeting customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately estimate costs for customers requiring additional work or repairs
* Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and timely delivery
* Offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations


Requirements:

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Service Advisor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment
* A proactive attitude with a positive outcome mindset
